Complete Fleet: John Deere's Fleet Program for Landscape and Mowing Businesses

If you run a landscape crew or a commercial mowing route, you probably own more than one John Deere machine, and you have probably wondered why a fleet doesn't get treated like a fleet. Complete Fleet is John Deere's answer. It is a fleet program for professional landscape contractors, run inside John Deere Rewards, that gives eligible businesses discounts and special financing on commercial mowers, Gator utility vehicles, compact utility tractors and compact construction equipment. The discount level rises as your fleet grows. Enrollment starts with your dealer, so the fastest way to learn where you stand is to ask your Koenig sales rep or start on our Complete Fleet page.

What Complete Fleet is, and what it isn't
Complete Fleet does not replace John Deere Rewards. Deere describes it as a program within Rewards built for professional landscape contractors, and members see and manage their status in their Rewards account.
That matters for one practical reason. Complete Fleet discounts can't be combined with regular Rewards discounts on any product. If your business qualifies, you are choosing the fleet pricing, not stacking it on top of the Rewards pricing you already know.
Deere built the program for professional landscape contractors. Whether a specific business qualifies is a call your dealer makes with Deere, so if you are unsure where yours fits, ask us and we will find out rather than guess.
How the Platinum levels work
Every member starts at Platinum 1, which takes proof of your landscaping business and your first eligible equipment purchase. Five to seven eligible pieces of equipment moves you to Platinum 2, and eight or more reaches Platinum 3.
Any mix of eligible equipment counts toward that total. A zero-turn, a Gator and a compact track loader all add to the same number, which suits crews that mow in summer, haul and dig in spring and fall, and push snow in winter.
Deere publishes the current discount for each machine family at each Platinum level on its own Complete Fleet page. Discount amounts vary by product, status, timing and program rules, so we would rather confirm the number on the machine you are actually looking at than print one here that may have changed by the time you read it.

Which machines are eligible
Deere lists four equipment families:
- Commercial mowers: Z700 and Z900 Series ZTrak zero-turns, QuikTrak stand-on mowers, commercial walk-behinds, and 1500 Series front mowers and 1600 Series wide-area mowers.
- Gator utility vehicles: T Series and HPX Series work vehicles, plus XUV 500 and XUV 800 Series crossovers.
- Compact utility tractors: 1 through 4 Series, along with 5 Family utility tractors.
- Compact construction: skid steers, compact track loaders, compact excavators and compact wheel loaders.
Eligible offers vary by product and timing, so treat this as the map and let your rep confirm the specific unit.

Financing built around a seasonal business
Most landscape income arrives between spring and fall, and the bills don't stop in January. Deere says Complete Fleet members get access to special financing rates and payment plans that can follow a seasonal income stream, including lower-payment or no-payment options in leaner months. Deere also offers equipment leasing for landscape businesses that would rather keep cash free for truck signage, a website or another crew member.
Which financing offer fits depends on the machine and on what is running at the time you buy, so we will lay the options side by side before you sign anything. Financing is subject to approved credit. Our John Deere Financial page covers the basics.
How long your status lasts
Complete Fleet status holds for at least six months after you qualify. One eligible purchase extends it for one year, and two or more extend it for two years. Your status can also climb to the next Platinum level as your eligible purchases add up.
The honest read: this program pays off for businesses that add or replace equipment on a regular cycle. If you buy one machine every few years, ask your rep where your status will stand before you plan a purchase around it.

Find out if your business qualifies
Start by logging in to your John Deere Rewards account and looking for the Complete Fleet tag. Some existing Rewards members may already qualify based on their business information and purchase history. If you don't see the tag, your dealer can nominate your business for consideration.
Ask your Koenig sales rep to check your eligibility, or reach our commercial turf team at any of our stores across Indiana and Ohio. Our Complete Fleet page keeps the program details in one place.
