What Brought You to Koenig Equipment?
Pat first came to Koenig Equipment in search of a new garden tractor. He had shopped around multiple other places looking for the right price, but what ultimately drew Pat in was the welcoming team. He mentioned he appreciated the fact that he was treated as a friend rather than a sale. Since then, he has made Koenig Equipment his go to dealer for maintenance services and has developed a strong relationship with our team.

When asked which department he utilizes the most, Pat mentioned our Service and Delivery department, specifically praising his delivery driver, KC. He values the convenience and reliability of our services, which have consistently met his expectations. Pat also appreciates the programs we offer, particularly the extended warranty he was able to purchase for his tractor. He also enjoys using MyDealer, which he finds to be an incredibly helpful tool for managing his equipment needs.

Having previously taught classes to companies on business growth, Pat understands the importance of every team member in fostering strong relationships with Customers. He was present during the delivery of his neighbor's tractor by KC and noted that KC provided the same generous and friendly service to both of them. Pat’s neighbor echoed his sentiments, expressing how refreshing it was to receive such genuine interaction from a company.
